3. FINE-HEART pooled analysis — finerenone with or without cancer history

Post hoc pooled analysis of FIDELIO-DKD, FIGARO-DKD and FINEARTS-HF (n=18,991); 7.3% had prior cancer. Cancer history independently predicted worse mortality and hospitalisation, but finerenone’s benefit on all-cause death, HF events and hospitalisation was consistent regardless of cancer history, with the safety profile preserved.
